ReFLuuX scammed me 60$ [CLEAR PROOF] Help please!

Well so basically I was going to sell him my level 128. He sent me a Pm because he "didnt" have an msn account. I agree to go first as i have a low post-count and when i give him the username's information he never sends me the payment and now he doesnt answer back.

We agreed that i would send him my paypal email and the username/pass and he would send me the payment before changing password but he simply changed the password at the second that i gave him the information.

PLEASE HELP ME!! if its possible that a mod can check inboxes they will see this personally ! please help me with this scammer
