Redoing this

Bought an account early last December off quite a trusted user with around 300+ vouches. The account got locked around the 20th of december and I had been using it for two weeks until it got locked randomly. As I've never had an account locked before its a hassle unlocking it. I've been trying to do so over 3 weeks now. The person who sold it to me tried to help out over those weeks but I guess they gave up today. Jagex replied to my ticket saying they know I've been playing on it but I'm not the creator.

Where do I go from here? Can I get my money back as creator can easily recover but if I start playing again it'll look suspicious. I added 200m to it but thats lost too. Recently was stupid enough to drop a yellow phat and lost that on an alt lmao

I wouldn't say you're eligible for a refund. All you can really do is bug the original owner to help you get the account back so you can transfer your wealth onto an account created by you.

 

Im not that peed about it as I was just trying to touch my nostalgia for rs so its all good but I guess the owner should help me further :/ not sure what to do anymore lol

 

That's bad luck man, I vaguely recall something similar happening to me, but not nearly as much was lost. Turns out the guy who sold me the account wasn't the original owner and admitted such after the account was locked.

I think the account is still locked to this day and it had really good stats for its time... Such a pity but I don't think there's anything you can do if Jagex already responded to you and the guy you bought it from gave up.

 

Damn man, not sure what to do anymore, only got like 700m left on a merching alt, lost yellow phat right after acc with 200m and another acc with 700m ffffsssssssssss

 

I feel for you man. I hope you are somehow able to get the account unlocked because I know the pain.

 

The original owner should be able to unlock it. Keep bugging him.

 

I'm trying but getting no help, the original owner is the current sellers bf?? something like that, we had a skype group chat open but the seller left it and only owner is left and I'm getting no reply.

EDIT: I think I got scammed. It says the password is not recognized, I made sure to check that there are no errors so I don't make any false accusations. WTF is going on

Why can't she recover it so you can get your items back? It might get banned, but who cares as long as you get your items.
