Looking for Trusted MM. Non virtual item for RSGP

Hello, I'm looking for a trusted MM who would be willing to Middleman for a trade I am doing.

I am trading fallout 3, fall out New vegas, and Modern warfare 2 for RSGP.

I need a middleman who is willing to hold onto the other players money while I send the items.

I could probably do this, but how exactly would I MM this? Hold onto the money in my paypal until shipping is confirmed? Or until it has arrived?

 

I can do this. Currently doing a 1.4B gp for laptop trade between multiple countries as well.
