Rich, a genius once again? THE TRUTH BEHIND CDT AND PR

We all need to stop complaining about CDT and PR. We look at these groups as being responsible for tightening the community, but perhaps we should look at these groups through Richard's eyes.

One day, Richard sat down and looked at Sythe. He decided Sythe needed community development, so he created CDT and PR. But we have misinterpreted his actions!

We think his actions are indirect attempts at developing the community by delegating tasks and jobs to the teams he created. But the real genius lies in the fact that he directly affected Sythe. By creating these groups, he was effectively creating new communities in Sythe and bringing us together. We were not given the chance to develop Sythe, but in fact, @Sythe was already and had always been developing us.

Uh you're on the right track. rich wants community to develop community from discussion to outsourcing .. as far as im aware it moves away from staff needing to do this. the more community involved free volunteers etc the more site growth the more to pocket. rite rich. haha
