clear proof that he gave me account access, and before i went to send paypal payment he sent to have account recovered, (league of legends allows 1 recover per 15 mins and tells you so)

you can clearly see my screenshot and read explaination.

I changed password. was going to send payment, but he sent to have to recovered. adn then did recover it. So i deleted him. ignored and posted in his thread, now hes tryin to turn it on me.

 

The full conversation on his thread does look sketchy from his side.

He recovered the account because he was nervous due to how long you took, which is understandable. Nobody was scammed and it looks to me like he was just being careful.

In response to your comment "Shouldn't be allowed to sell recoverable accounts", all accounts are always recoverable to the original creator. It is at your own risk to purchase an account.
