    Why:

    Andre1xd was banned for ban evading, and recovering an account previously, but when I looked at his account selling thread it seemed that he was fake bidding to try to increase the value of his account with an alternative account called "Semon demon". I know that Andre1xd was banned, but his alt account hasn't been reported yet. I looked into Semon demon's IP audit as well, and the only other user on it was Andre1xd, and there were only 2 IP's, so it made sense that everything correlated with one another.
