By the way for magic i'm assuming you've already done lunar diplomacy.
In that case you could string gold ammys at ~2.2gp/exp ~138k exp/hr (powerbot has a reliable script for this, i used it for 15h+ in a row).
Or you could superheat steel bars ~no net loss ~80-90k exp/hr.
Or superheat iron bars ~1gp/exp loss ~100-115k exp/hr.
The superheat is very dependant on your ping/lag/cpu.

Where do you suggest getting 99 strength on a pure? Rock Crabs or Experiments or Slayer?

 

In your case id suggest experiments for a fast 99, but if you dont mind the wait I'd say slayer.
