need a SAFE way to transfer 28m

i need to transfer between a lvl 86 and a 97 one has 12m the other around 29m, i completely suck at bh trading, although i havent tried at 2 am yet. i've heard ge trading doesnt work very well, but i know there has to be good methods because people still rwt, any help is appreciated, tyvm

 

There's no safe way, but the 'safest' way is doing 50K increments through Party Petes. Although it takes a long time it's safer then using BH.

 

Yeah, it's not 100% safe, I'd say 75%ish each Rune Plate, but a hell of a load safer than BH.

 

I did 17m in Party room with plates. Goes by fairly quickly. I did in like 5 hours. Took a fair amount of time, but got the job done. :/
