How to juggle a Football ~ Advanced.

After reading my first guide on basic Football juggling you will be wanted more wouldn’t you? Yes I thought so, that’s why I have formed this guide on advanced Football juggling. Again, like the first juggling guide, I will be splitting it into steps. Enjoy

Skill 1: Knee Juggling.

Step 1: Flick the ball up from the ground high enough to reach your thigh ( waist height).
Step 2: After the ball has hit the top of your thigh, pull your thigh part of your leg up to make the ball bounce off your thigh.
Step 3: Move your other thigh into a good position to receive the ball from your passing thigh.
Step 4: After the ball has hit the top of your thigh, pull your thigh part of your leg up to make the ball bounce off your thigh.

Do this for as long as you can or until you want to switch back to your feet.

Skill 2: Kick up and control with chest.

Step 1: Flick the ball up from the ground to about head height.
Step 2: Lean your upper body backwards on a tilting position so the ball hits your chest and drops to your feet.
Step 3: Before the ball hits the ground, try to kick it up and juggle.

There, that’s the art of Kick up and control with chest. J

Skill 3: Head and shoulder juggling.

Step 1: Flick the ball up from the ground to about 30cm above head height.
Step 2: While the ball is above you look up at the ball and try to make it hit your forehead, try jumping up before it hits your head to give it power.
Step 3: Straight after hitting your head the ball should be in mid air again, this time, try to position your body ready to take the ball on the shoulder.
Step 4: When the ball is coming down, sort of shrug your shoulder so it hits it up to your head.
Step 5: Hit the ball onto your other shoulder and hit it up.
Step 6: Take a step backwards and put your foot where the ball is going to land, again try to kick it up before it hits the ground.

Picture's would help alot. Just reading something most of the time dosen't help, just confuses you alot more.

Though, if you post this video and it's pretty decent then i'll improve my rating which is currently - 3/10.

As said before, pictures/video would be nice. I realize you're making it, but maybe you should have held out from posting the guide until you had the videos made. Without them, this guide is really low quality.

I hope the video comes out well, it will certainly help the guide if it does.
