I have a pretty good RS Account. Getting 99 Range is stating the obvious.
I'm thinking 96 summoning for 138 Combat.

You have the nice basis of being close to getting all of your skills 80+, they are already 70+ (except for hunter which is the same as mine, fucking hate hunting haha)

As for money making the fastest way to make money is really getting a job in real life and purchasing RSGP with it. In New Zealand the minimum wage is $13.50. When converted to USD this is around $10-$11 (cba doing calculations) You can then purchase around 20m from trusted gold sellers. 20m p/h is pretty good. If you are dead-set on doing something rs related however, you could try opening a skilling service or doing frost dragons.

For money making, I suggest buying Pure essence and turning them into Law runes. It's an easy profit, and it can help you level Runecrafting at the same time.

Another method you can use to make money is making Decorated urns (nr). They only require soft clay to make, and it can help you train your Crafting skill. The Decorated urns sell for anywhere from 200gp each to 400gp each. Unfortunately, you're only 76 crafting so you can only make Decorated mining urns (nr) and Decorated fishing urns (nr). At 81 crafting, you'll unlock Decorated cooking urns (nr) but as of right now they sell cheaper than both Decorated Fishing and Mining urns (nr).

You can also do Slayer for some cash as well. Some NPCs can provide some very good drops to make a profit.

 

Do the skills that give money, or do some 2k12 money making methods like advertising for dice friend chats.
