How do jagex detect a plugin on openosrs or runelite

Is it possible for jagex to see which plugin you are using? what would something like one click black jack show up like for them?

 

1 click blackjack isn't 1 to 1 meaning your 1 click isn't 1 blackjack, usually you have to knockout then pickpocket, at least 4 clicks on normal client or 2 with menu entry swapper. They have a pattern system from what it seems, and if you make enough of a pattern you get flagged I assume, which isn't a good thing. No one knows the true science behind it but ya
