Retrieving MSN history?

I wasn't really sure what section to post this in, but i felt this was the best section.
Okay so basically I was scammed by someone out of an account a while back, and recently he has been disputing some of the offences and I would like to have some evidence to ban him if he does come back. (Run on sentence ) I logged onto my MSN messenger and went under "FILE" and went to "VIEW MESSAGE HISTORY" however all of our conversations weren't there. However when I click on anyone else's name our whole conversation is there. So my question is, is there any way I can retrieve all our conversations?

Check your "my received files" in your my documents folder and click your msn screen name(it'll be a folder).

If it's not in there, the conversation was never saved.

Also, those types of logs are not proof for a ban, only to remember what you had said to that person before.

 

Thanks for the help. I tryed what you recommended doing, but still only part of the conversation is shown it won't show the old conversations of us swapping accounts. Oh well
