Banned accounts: alot, check his ipaudit ending on .132
Reason: I believe its not a vpn and is a home ip.
All the accounts are banned on that ip except the one he is using atm.
Most of the accounts have the same dob(1990).
Most of them state they are from the netherlands.

This should be enough proof to link him to all the banned users I suppose.

 

I've changed the ban to a permanent one as he's a serial ban evader, thanks
