    Well I didn't download it, seeing as it 100% certainly is. It's been spoofed as an jpg file, and the icon indicates it's an exe. Why else would he try to spoof it?

    Yeah, it's definitely a .exe that he claims is a picture. I don't care if it's not a virus, he has no reason to be disguising .exe's as pictures
