Resuming process to get unbanned from 2018

Hey! Here I'll link to the process I was undergoing to get unbanned after my account was hacked and the hacker scammed 2 users out of 18m osrs and 15m osrs respectively.

Broken Bank (banned) scam thread: Arya scammed me

Initial recovery: Account has been hacked, used for scamming. - recovery - also banned

So I've already recovered Arya and now I just have to pay back Searchy, who I'm currently speaking to on Discord but I think he has some workers working for him so idk if they actually can take the payment or if he has to. Here's the most recent discussion:

And yeah. So other than the $15 to Searchy, I have to make a $18 community contribution, since the second guy that got scammed is banned now. So now I also need instructions on how to go about making the $18 community contribution.

PS: I got sidetracked from handling this issue back in 2018 because of uni.
