    It only went in to negative because you prematurely withdrew the funds without finishing the order first.

    That may be true. But still in this circumstance, they should have to atleast clear the negative balance in order to set things right. It is not the receivers problem that a limitation occurred.

    But, the money was refunded. Its not the senders fault if you decided to withdraw the funds early without fully completing his order. If you hadn't withdrew you wouldn't have been in negative. You didn't use your own money in a sense either, you just re-uploaded the money you withdrew and then then he sent PayPal funds / gave you RSGP to cover the partial completion of the order. The only thing I see what was unfair in your case is you was doing a order for him and then it was cut short because his PayPal troubles but I guess he couldn't help that so no harm done.

    Also any other PayPal limitations / reversals would obviously have to be paid back if it was for a service / items anyway otherwise it would be scamming so this rule is already in place under scamming.
