possibly suspicious service

The picture out of context does not show any rule breaking but here is the situation. i run a free skilling service. Allusion runs a skilling service also where individuals pay for the service. Allusion contacted me in regards to training an account for free at first then said he would give me 1m if i can do it. According to his thread, he charges 6m for a 1-60 stat which would be that he would profit 5m by outsourcing to me and giving me someone elses account details. i am not saying thats what he does, but sure seems suspicious and ill let the sythe leaders take care of this one.

Unfortunately there's no proof of the claims and therefor we cannot make a ban. Keep an eye on things though - if you can get something solid we'll take action. Thanks.
