    1) It's very likely that ice on fire knew he was deceiving Meridian Ice. Why else would he block him from Skype immediately after?

    2) Regardless of whether Ice on Fire was deceiving Meridian Ice, he should have to pay for any work that was not completed. 2 days isn't enough to complete even 1/3 of what Meridian Ice's order. Ice on Fire never said that he wouldn't refund for incomplete work, so he should be forced to pay Meridian back for at least 2/3 the value of the order.

    3) If you allow Ice on Fire to get away scott-free, you're basically stating that if someone does a service and gets the account banned, they won't be held responsible at all and get to keep all the money they were paid (even for uncompleted work).

    With that logic, what's to stop a trainer from suicide botting an account in a deliberate attempt to get it permanently banned after being paid to complete a service? From a selfish account trainer's point of view, that would be the quickest and easiest way to make money.



    When I say "you" I'm referring to the sythe community as a whole (including staff).
