Requesting TWC for Vexion

Explanation of the trade: This user: http://www.sythe.org/members/111521-vikdaking.html asked me to OMM a 50m 07 - 100k Ikov trade as Vexion (his trade partner) had been acting very sketchy, and added me to a group chat with Vexion. Immediately after I asked for them both to post on my thread and telling them I'd pm them both after they did, Vexion logged off for 20 mins and didn't respond as can be seen here: http://gyazo.com/bcfb3910a9d88eb8d72d69219f3b2977 then, Vikdaking tried pming Vexion asking what was going on, and eventually Vexion came back, claiming I was an imposter to weasel out of using an OMM. I pm'd him and then he went offline again for 30+ mins and still has not been seen.
