Long story short, I was banned from Storm discord for this event


but deemed able to still use storm. I had recently put funds on Storm to use 1919s tempoross and Detuks Inferno / Colo. Below are screen shots fo VIP which I dont even think I could use and $100 deposit


. I used Detuks auto Colo and had some money left over and went to put some more money on and was met with this



As I am unable to join the discord because of my own childishness and drunken immaturity from an event a year ago, I am now left unable to use any money on there / put on more since they have done updates. Obviously, this is not storm attempting or probably knowingly scamming or taking my money in any way shape or form. Just trying to get this sorted so I'm not losing money or accidently evade a ban. Thank you.

The remaining balance in credits on your account is 327, which equates to €3.27 exactly.

Admittedly, you were banned whilst you did have an active plugin subscription, which, as you mentioned is Tempoross.

The price for this was 2000 credits, which equates to €20.00 exactly.

You also recently purchased VIP, which would've been another €15. You only used 3 days of this.

As such, I'll refund the amount in full for the VIP purchase.

The 2000 Credits for Tempoross and the remaining balance in your account of 327, will also be issued as a partial refund for a total of €23.27.

Unfortunately I can't do anything about the ban, but I can with the refund. If you can message me on Discord 'vince.1' or 118768929962328065, I can refund this for you.

Sent you a message, would rather (if possible) work to still be able to use storm client instead of a refund, which is what was determined to be allowed from , even if thats just being in cord with a perma mute so I can use product.

Will message you on discord to work out a refund if that is not possible though

Have made the decision to unban the user. We have made an agreement on this and they have no restrictions accessing our Discord, Client or Website.

Looks like Sythe can't uphold the deal which was arranged

However, I will still honour the unban as this has already been done.

Customer was also refunded for the plugins back to credits so have resolved all aspects of this thread.

Customer has been warned regarding messaging staff as per the previous thread, and advice has been given to block Jim, and the same advice has been given to Jim to block the customer.
