Which violation you are reporting the user for: Moving name of Scammer
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Achilles was warned by the largest name seller in the market to not move the name ([redacted] because the owner of this name just scammed 16b and openly admitted to it
Achilles evaded his duty as a name seller/swapper to investigate investigate the situation before moving the name they "did little effort to investigate the name or its whereabouts" . Greed took over with Achilles as shown below, and "instead of waiving the transaction" he went ahead and swapped the name of a scammer.
This is very harmful to the community, because we know that scammers like to swap names around to be on a Fresh account so they can now sell that name. The name was banned luckily before it was sold to someone to knowing that the owner of the name was being reported for scamming 16b to jmods and the new owners name being banned leaving them shit out of luck.

I was not selling a potentially "hacked" name, I was purchasing. So if we are bending the rules to fit the agenda, we can add that moving a Scammers name which would be a DNT w/ Debt user should not be allowed.

Even though he did try to contact a mod in the server there was no immediate reply so he went ahead with the transaction so he did not lose the $$ to someone else swapping the name as he stated....

If the decision is that this happened outside of sythe? So did mine... so lets not play the pick and choose game.

Ultimately we need to be ALL on the same page, it wouldn't be fair to grief someone for "He felt something was off, but instead of waiving the transaction" and not apply that to others doing the same.

4) You're right, Assassin, one of the biggest name traders, did reach out to me and we came to the same conclusion. It's going to get moved no matter what. I suggested I move it and he agreed with it.

Please see the screenshot. I agreed to donate the fee to the Community Repayment fund that way at least something will have been gained from this. I had attempted to get anti approval but with no approval for an offsite scam I did the best case scenario.
5) concerning your loving quote of "1. The selling of hacked, cracked, or phished names is strictly forbidden and will result in a ban.", you're absolutely right, you're extremely luckily you weren't banned in your previous report considering how firm that rule is supposed to be. But I don't see it's relevance here considering no name was bought or sold.
6) You're looking to defend your own actions in an already resolved report against me because I provided Pier with a screenshot that didn't help you and was relevant. Do I need to mention the possible dangers you may have imposed on the community by deciding, in your blind rage, to remove me from being able to add names from the avoid list and remove me from one of the Name Sellers group chats where we post names that have been recently hacked, scammed, or sniped. You don't care about the community, it's probably why you're not part of it. You don't move names, you can't transfer names, and you never will be considering your blatant disregard for everything. It's all everyone elses fault.
7) Don't embarrass this Sythe thread any more and just wait for a Sythe mod to reply and close this out. I could have, and probably should have, gone without replying to this and it still would get closed out.

Thanks for mentioning the name that was redacted from the report I posted. That really helps your intent to publicize unnecessary info and jeopardize the current owner. I redacted the name we are referencing here in the report for a reason.

You're absolutely right, it wasn't mentioned in the report and was redacted. My apologies, as it was so publicly known and on the public avoid list I had thought it was still public knowledge. That mistake has been corrected.

I'll leave this report for mods.

In fact, it pleads against him in this case, because it substantiates the point that he felt that something was off. "
Achilles DM's a sythe moderator > and also talks about sending profit to community refund.

I'm referencing the report because it is the only validation we have in this online forum regarding many of the name trading protocols.

A) Wait until he finds someone to move it and they profit off it
B) Move it myself and contribute back to Sythes repayment program

The staff team extensively deliberated on this matter, taking into account multiple factors. In summary, I will provide a brief overview of our discussion.

• The evidence presented in the report suggests that the RSN in question may have been involved in fraudulent activities. However, it should be noted that the information provided would not meet the standards required for a conclusive report on Sythe. As such, these allegations cannot be considered definitive proof that a scam has taken place.
• Even if compelling evidence were presented indicating that the owner of RSN engaged in fraudulent activity, it remains unclear which specific rules or regulations would be violated in this scenario. As the RSN itself is not hacked or stolen, there could however be possible grounds for a report, if the owner of RSN managed to sell it and his actions (in this case possibly scamming) lead to a new owner being banned, but in this case, this is not relevant as beast states himself, it was banned before it was sold:

• Buying a name from a user who conducted a scam or transferring a name for a scammer is not the same as purchasing a name that is stolen or hacked, so to make this more clear the name itself would need to have been hacked or stolen to make this relevant case but in this case, the owner of rsn scammed 16b in deadmatch, not buying or selling the name

Since @Beast wanted to reference this case here, I will explain the differences, keep in mind some of the points above would also be relevant:

• This is a very different case, as this is transferring a name for one, and also the name itself was not hacked or stolen.
• Beast was mainly TWC due to acknowledging the name as hacked and then backtracking. Beast essentially reversed his decision to consider the name as hacked once he realized he stood to gain from it

There were several other pertinent issues that were addressed during our discussion. However, I believe the aforementioned points represent the key takeaways from our conversation, taking into account all relevant factors. it would unfair to punish @AchillesOSRS for anything which occurred, however, @AchillesOSRS did offer to send the profits from this trade to community repayment, while we aren't going to force him (or punish him if he doesn't). if he would like to do so here is the Bitcoin address of community repayment:
