Jagex put a new system in place where instead of just banning for RWT they also lock the account.
Ever goldseller can verify this.

Your pure was permanently banned as it does not show up in the hiscores any more. Due to this RWT lock it will be almost impossible to recover as they autodeny most/all attempts. I don't see a reason why I should even attempt to recover an account that's already permanently banned.

I've attached evidence of the account being banned in a deleted post.

 

The account being locked has nothing to do with RWT, they simply locked it due to security reasons, maybe the original owner is trying to recover it for all I know. When an account is locked it gets removed from the hiscores, this is not a "new system jagex came up with", thats simply an excuse. If you value your customers you'd at the very minimum attempt to recover the account, however all I've gotten from you is suspicious behavior from the get go.
A seller should always stand behind their product, however you refuse to even attempt to help me out in this situation, if it was an rwt BAN that would be a different story. Why would anyone buy an account from you moving forward if you do not stand behind the accounts you're selling?
Either help me reclaim the account with the original info you had, or compensate me for my losses.

As per your own terms of service,
"We maintain "recovery responsibility" (refund if the account is recovered or becomes locked and we are unable to unlock it) for a month after the sale." You clearly state this as assurance of this exact situation happening.

 

Your account is permanently banned, if an account is locked it does not get removed from the hiscores. I'm not going to refund you for an account that you got banned for RWT
