Reselling accounts

So yeah, I believe this person is selling his account and then recovering. Why?

Now he's selling the account here again today: http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=984274

If he says it was his pure, on all of his post - he has only mentioned his 100 dung account.

This time he used a MM and sold the account today:

Now a few hours later he came on msn to tell me to buy his account (which he refers me to the thread made today:




This account was the same one with 100 dung.





Now he admits to self vouching/fake vouching for his friend irl

 

The vouching line was enough for me. Ill leave this for a global to assess if its a 90 day for simply fake vouching or if its a perm for scamming. Thanks.
