    Promoted threads that act like stickied for extra income
    Maybe this has been suggested before, but my thought would be to give 'promoted' threads that act like stickied threads, in the way that they remain on top.

    These could be sold per week / per month, or auctioned for.

    There could also be a certain (strict) limit to the spots available to leave space for the regular threads.

    Prices could vary per section.

    Feel free to add on to this idea, or shoot it down entirely.

    gonna go no support on this one. it's good because it would help sythe stay self-sufficient in regards to funding; however, it turns into a mess as you can see on other forums.
