PinkPicasso scammed me.

As I was purchasing the account from him he wanted to change the password from the account as it was the password being used was the same password his email used. As I agreed first to let him change the password first then hand over he had issues changing the password in resulted in him hopping to his desktop computer to see if he could resolve the issue. Afterwards, no contact has been had after him hopping to his computer.
