Hi. I recently attempted to access Sythe after a 2 month or so hiatus and could not remember my password. I attempted to do a password recovery, but the system said it did not recognize my email (despite the fact I have another email from Sythe in that email's box). So I figured that my account had been purged and attempted to create a new id, but hit the ip error. Could someone please look into this for me?
