Contacted him via his site's livechat looking for a price on my 06GP. He offered me a ridiculously good price, but then told me that he wouldn't use a MM under any circumstances, wanting me to trade the items/gold to him first. When I informed him that this was suspicious behaviour, he became agitated and told me he had "over $1,000 in vouches" whereas in fact he has barely $100.

In my opinion, he is waiting for someone to make a big trade and go first to him so he can run off with their items/money. Would definitely recommend trading him with caution, in any event - Someone already posted that he was a scammer here: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1523302-cheap-projectrs06-gold-items.html - Although I can't see any proof and the user is now banned.
