Requesting TWC on Krenshaw for extremely sketchy behavior

User acting very suspicious in a high end deal. Krenshaw is one of the most disrespectful service providers and is a shady person all around. When he used to work for me, he claimed to be a highly rated diamond player, but struggled playing in Gold.

First, he wants me to go first with 100% payment upfront 100m 07. When I say no, he decides that free MM that is vouched is not reliable enough, and then demands an OMM. After I agree to pay for the OMM expense, he starts flaming me, saying that for all services, payment is due upfront.

This is an complete and utter lie - all services are done before payment. The promise of a payment afterwards is what makes the service provider want to do a good job and complete the original deal. However, I know that refusing an OMM is not against the rules but his behavior after the fact is what caused me to request this TWC. After calling me out and saying that he didn't want my "coins" anymore, he removes me from skype. When I told him

The trade:

100m 07 for 75-99 atk, 97-99 atk, and 70-99 def. He didn't care of my status as "trusted" and wouldn't take Paypal. I believe this has something to do with the fact that 100m 07 is irreversible and he would be able to scam it and get away.

Him suggesting his account is "worth" something: this shows that he will scam, when the number is right. Of course, this doesn't mean he would, but I'm requesting a TWC, not a ban.

I offer to use incremental payments for the services (keep in mind he has my 15M worth of gear as collateral).
He refuses my increments offer, and when I suggest ANY free MM of his choice, he demands an OMM. (Sure, reasonable to do that).

Since he REQUESTED the OMM and then denies it once I agree to pay for it, I believe this now warrants a TWC.

here he calls the upfront payment "motivation": Earlier he stated he's stake the money. What happens when he loses the gold? Wheres the motivation for him to continue the job at a reasonable pace?

THIS IS WHERE I BELIEVE HE DESERVES A TWC!
After removing me and stating that he doesn't want my "coins" he proceeds to ask for my account details. Since there would be literally no way to prove that he stole my account's gear, I believe he is trying to steal it as retribution for me requesting a TWC. After all this arguing, why would he suddenly decide to do the job? It makes no sense. This is beyond sketchy.
After I threaten to request a TWC, he is now trying his hardest to gain access to my account:

I DON'T TRUST KRENSHAW AND DESERVES A TWC FOR EVEN INDICATING THAT HIS SYTHE ACCOUNT IS "WORTH SOMETHING".
