    Krutoi (http://www.sythe.org/members/288937-krutoi.html) and me were playing blackjack in the donor dice thread. As you can see here I accept: http://www.sythe.org/14101989-post2697.html

    Then, he rolls and busts:

    Meaning I won the bet and he owes me $30. Krutoi then pm'd me saying he would be unable to pay for 2-3 weeks, saying I should request a ban on him until he is able to pay. I can report/show any mod the private message as it contains a little bit of private information. But I believe the info above is more then enough info.
