Requesting TWC for Searchy/RSGoldEmpire for Violating 'Poor Business Practice' Rule

Timeline of events
1. I bought 12B OSRS GP from Searchy or RSGoldEmpire. Everything went smoothly. Searchy was informed that I would sell this back to him 15 mins later.
2. 15 mins later, I traded the 12B OSRS back to Searchy.
3. When requesting multiple times when I would be paid, and asking for a time estimate, all I was given was a generic 'I've asked the owner to make payment', 'Will check it out' response.
4. 12 hours later, I received my payment, but not in the agreed ETH ERC-20, but in USDT SOL.

My issues with this
1. No pre-warning that I wouldn't be paid immediately and that it would be the following day that I would be paid.
2. I fulfilled my end of the trade in a timely manner, but they did not.
3. No time estimates of any sort despite hounding for them.
4. The fact that they used my capital ($2.2k of OSRS GP) to sell and flip to other customers, essentially making money out of my money.

OSRS GP sellers should not be allowed to essentially take loans from their customers, meaning they can essentially generate a profit with 0 capital invested. They should also give customers notice that there will be an X hour delay on payments, before the trade is initiated. One would think you would be shown a little bit of courtesy when buying 12B GP ($2.2k) from someone - definitely not.

Formally requesting a TWC as this is clearly poor business practice by any means of the imagination. This will get Searchy and RSGoldEmpire to make sure they're training their employees to communicate clearly and not act shady.

This was a bit of an unusual trade, so I instructed my staff to hold the payment until I had the time to personally take a look to verify everything was correct.

@Trimodal bought 12b OSRS off us on G2G and sold it straight back for crypto. This was a bit strange so I wanted to make sure the delivery was done correctly so we wouldn't lose the $2200 (as it's a lot of money).

He had not confirmed the trade yet on G2G, and when he did we paid out the crypto.
