Ceebl is a scammer!!

i had agreed to buy the account for $170 USD from him because he is leaving for college and no longer wants to play the game. he took the money when i sent and then left without giving me the account!!!
a middleman was suggested however we both agreed to make what i thought was a "trustworthy" deal by ourselves!

i hope i have done this right, please ban this person! i am going to contact blizzard shortly and provide them with screenshots of the armory links he gave me to get his account banned! i should hope noone else falls for this low life the way i did!
