Requesting TWC for AZTARGETZA

He's having a thread (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1062225) saying that he's selling a p hat set, cracker and half wine. I thought it was sketchy at first since his screenshot looked fake and had no name or anything. Had a talk with him, suddenly the items I was interested in were sold so I offered on the Blue and someone suddenly offered higher a second later so I outbid him and asked him to verify it ingame. He gave me the world and place and logged off. Screenshots with proof are posted below. This guy is 100% sure a scammer but as far as I know he hasn't succeeded yet so can't request a ban as far as I know but a TWC is definately needed to protect the people here...
