IP audit has TONS of banned accounts. He reports this type of scammer report daily for others and they all get banned with the proof of only 'many' banned accounts under the IP audit.

Please ban him or give us some lame excuse, ty

 

So does everyone - read the text above the list. The users you've seen banned probably match by home IP - which is what moderators see using their own IP lookup that's more detailed.
