Requesting TWC/BAN for Nuclear Gold

Hey, I may have found an os scape staff/ someone working with staff. (Nuclear Gold)

This link will provide the convo between me and Nuclear Gold. Nuclear was acting very strange after selling me my Os Scape Bm, he came and watched me stake. Kept asking me how much BM I had and constantly checking in on me from time to time asking how much I had made from staking. Never had this happen to me usually sellers just sell and that's it back to whatever they're doing. In os scape if you report someone for rwt and show proof, then you get a portion of their bank so I assume Nuclear did it for this sense.

The next link I will provide shows me online on a mule after my account was banned. "Memorial" who in my skype convos Nuclear admits to being him is still online. In our convo on skype you can see that he was going back and forth about being banned, then at one point he said wow I just got banned and uploaded a fake image of him being banned, what he did to make this fake ban was use an already banned account to logg in, once the message came up "your account has been disabled" he erased the username and put in his desired username to make it seem as if he also was banned. You can see in this link that I also provide an example of how to fake a ban by creating a fake ban to an account that didn't even exist named "memorialisstaff".

So after I figured it was him who was associated or is a staff member on os scape I decided to contact another customer of his. I contacted the person who had bought right after I did, who happened to be RSCROWN, you can see this by visiting his thread link and looking for my vouch and right below me is RSCROWN I will provide links and images soon. So I hopped onto rscrowns live chat and asked him if he was banned as well and turns out he also was banned, while memorial (nuclear gold) WAS NOT. That is two accounts and maybe even more I didn't take anymore time to contact other buyers of his that have been banned and yet no ban for his account "memorial" which he claimed to have 18m bloodmoney on. He also deleted my vouch but forgot to delete it off of his quoted vouches, you can see that in his quoted vouches I am first then right after me rscrown vouches saying "sold me bm ty" but in the actual replies my vouch has been deleted. He's acting very weird for someone who has nothing to do with me or RSCROWN being banned. The links below show me and RSCROWN on live chat speaking of the subject. So after I gathered all this up I decided to make an appeal on os scape forums to see what the reasoning was. They responded with an "admin banned you and you will remain banned" with no proof what so ever even though i clearly asked for it on my post, images will be provided. You don't just randomly ban someone for rwt without some concrete evidence. And if you are banning someone why aren't you banned the person he's buying from as well. So Nuclear decided to play along and say that he also had an appeal made. Which I asked for a link too which he claimed he directly PM'ed Profound (admin/mod of os scape) his appeal. Unless os scapes forums work differently then every other forum, Last time I checked if you pm a mod your appeal it won't get you anywhere instead it'll get you a response saying "post an appeal on the forums". The link below will shop proof of the things said above and some other note able images that I think are worthy of being seen. Also if you were wondering about the image he posted of "proof" that Memorial was banned and see that it's not in our skype convo, it is because he removed it after i confronted him saying it was fake and I showed him how easy it would be to fake that. Him removing the image is obviously justifying my case that he's not banned therefore he's trying to hide it. I was quick to react on everything and instantly took photos of everything. Seconds after i caught him online on Memorial he logged off maybe seconds after.

Very fishy user, wouldn't be surprised if many of his buyers are banned and just think that it's a regular ban and they just got caught red handed. If it wasn't for Nuclears suspicious ways I may have thought the same as well. He also asked me about my sig, which clearly has my name on it, he asked who made it for me and after i replied he never spoke upon the subject afterwards. Maybe used it as some proof to show to the os scape mods or staff that it really is me who rwted him because I did leave a vouch on his forums saying I bought 2m BM from him and he might've used it in some way to help get me banned or show proof to someone. Although I'm not 100% sure of this part I do think it is fishy will provide images in link below. All these images can be found in my first link of the full convo me and Nuclear had.

This user needs a TWC at minimum if you ask me if not a ban. The mods can decide, but there is definetly something he is hiding by removing his messages, not showing his appeal, deleting the photo he sent me, randomly asking me about my sig and complimenting it even though it's a normal sig with just my name lmao. I took some time to gather all this information so I hope something gets done about this. If the man can prove to be innocent so be it I wish him the best and apologize for this in advance. But with all this information you should understand to why I think you are associated with if not staff on Os scape.

Can confirm as someone who knows the RWT market this is sketchy as fuck, I've had people get banned right after a trade before(and myself) but never have I stayed around to watch a customer, asked about his signature, lied about being banned, and then said I pmed a mod on the RSPS forum is just a flat lie, no RSPS allows appeals via PM.


Just adding this in so whatever mod handles this knows this is not common RSPS trading practice to follow as a seller, watch them, ask them about how much they have, then lie about being banned & appealing, I 100% promise that is not how the RSPS market works lol.

Will not be buying off this guy ever again lol, also explains a few things.

Appreciate the comment, I knew I couldn't be the only one thinking this was very sketchy.
The hard part is the mods showed me no proof on the appeal as they never will show proof of someone else ratting you out for RWT. Whenever mods do have proof of you rwt they usually show it, under rare circumstances like this do they hide the proof.

 

I'm guessing they didn't because they had you by the balls, you only get shown proof on RSPS if they think u have a chance at disputing/appealing the proof, obviously in your case you had no chance so theres no point showing you it lol.

That's how I would of handled this if I still moderated RSPS, no point in wasting my time showing proof to someone I 100% know cant dispute it, just tell them it wont be lifted and move on.
