Requesting Self-request ban lift

My self-requested ban was due to the suspicion on being hacked. I am now certain that I am clean and no longer compromised. I would like to get unbanned.

As for the report mentioned below,

no solid proof have been added yet. Thus I am unable to do anything about it at this time.
