Explanation of the trade:
Originally bought this account for $145 btc, after purchase i had 1b in gear and it got recovered off me.

How they scammed: Recovered account, took his time to "recover" it for me by waiting out pin delete delay, gave it back after pin got off and he looted my money After this, the account is unsafe to use so I gave up on using it. However, it's still my account as I haven't gotten a refund. Months later (now) I check this (my) account again, password been changed and I am not receiving any mails from rs to my mail --> He took it again "

Then he recovers it again for me, looks like he got the account banned and started appealing it, twice, with the last time being 6 days ago

So now I am out $145 original purchase price and over 1b in gp that he stole He's most likely just going to scamquit, but the account has no value to me since it isn't safe at all (he recovered it twice so far) I'd like my $145 back at least, even though he should be paying back my 1B as well.

Hello, I will go in parts, first of all, I will tell my whole version of the story + transcripts, so you know that everything this guy says is a lie:
-The account was bought by him, on January 22, 2023, my TOS is found in the Transcription of the first ticket, he claimed that the account was recovered, so I investigated and that is impossible, since the account belongs to one from my cousins + besides that I have the account recovery information + the original email, literally no one can recover that account, I successfully recovered the account the first time, you can see here: imgur.com (I can provide the original email if you wish)

Later he complains that the account is now banned, which I emphasize that he accepted my TOS + complied with recovering his account.

the first appeal made was after i quit i never requested the seller to appeal for me however it was appealed in spanish and included an email which i assume is the original email and appeal was granted. At this point i was unaware and did not play as i had no reason to because the account was supposed to be banned,

i made a ticket on 21 apr via discord because i was wondering why he would delete our old ticket seems kinda sus but i have screenshots of everything already and told him again for the second time to my knowledge the account has been recovered because im not recieving any emails. I still do not have email access.

1. i never requested the account to be appealed
2. i never had knowledge of information to recover the account or appeal as i would fail considering i am not OO

Only 1 has been sold with a black mark on sythe due to the use of bots, so don't say things that are lies bro... If there is any way that an agent from Eldorado or PA can review my accounts, they can verify that I have not sold the account in any of the aforementioned media.

1.- I did not appeal the ban for you
2.- I deleted the ticket because it had been open for 2 months, and it didn't make sense to continue having the ticket open, you also have the transcript, so idk why are you fighting for that
