Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

The owner of CokeGP(Jay.fings) purchased two accounts from Chuckle, one for him and one for me.
I paid Chuckle the money for my account direct to chuckle and even provided evidence of this payment to Chuckle back then. I then had and used the account for months with no issues what so ever. Myself and CokeGP(Jay.fings) stopped talking for no particular reason, and one day I tried to log in and my account details were incorrect. As stated before, we use to stake/work together at times and as a result I had his Sythe account details.

I logged in to see what had happened and saw there was recovery talks in the PM. I provided all information I had to Chuckle ranging from; the current email, the current authenticator, hundreds of screenshots staking, the precise amount of gold on account and the items on account. However as stated previously, the Sythe account was not mine it was jay.fings. The solution by one of the Admins at the time was to ban CokeGP(Jay.fings) Sythe account(which I had only logged into to get my account back) and let the real owner of it recover it...I only accessed it during that time period to try and get my account rightfully returned to me.

I would also like to note that this was never fully resolved I ended up losing the money and the account.

I have reached out to CokeGP(Jay.fings) for him to confirm I had nothing to do with anything other than trying to recover the account i paid for.

He no longer uses skype and has provided me with evidence that he can no longer access the skype account:

Yes, after familiarizing myself with the rules while I wrote this pardon, I noticed account sharing is against the rules. This account is intended to be a company account for a gold trading business, so on successful pardon I would need my partner to create their own Sythe account or vice versa.

I would also like to take this time to apologise to the staff members involved at the time of the report a few years ago; because I now understand that it must have been quite a mess to try sort out; and similarly to the current staff having to deal with this all over again.

 

Hi, just trying to clear up a situation that has resulted in someone i know being punished for something they had no part of
accounts of mine were hacked, after contacting chuckle to recover them, i included an account that wasn't mine.
The only reason NANIBRAD accessed the account was because the password was the same as an account of mine he had used before, his sole purpose of logging in
was to be able to defend his point of view, so that he could recieve his account back.
After being hacked i was in a bad place mentally hence the innocent party being drawn into the mix, as it stands a DNT will never have an effect on me personally as i couldn't care less about
sythe or anything game related.
So in essence the punishment will be falling on someone that doesn't deserve it, as the ip and account login confusion is solely due to something anyone else would do in a similar position.
