Hacked MSNs/Skypes -- youre responsible?

So, while extremely bored, somehow came across this

But as far as I know the hacker was not able to log into his Sythe account. The user that traded with the hacker did not request a PM, and was scammed. If you look at market announcements Sythe accounts are being compromised left and right. Why are you held accountable for someone that hacks your Skype or whatever else and conducts trades? With 2FA available and all that, in my opinion, if the person did not request a PM on Sythe you shouldn't be responsible.

Am I missing something here?

 

If your Skype is hacked you are not responsible. If your Sythe is hacked you are.

 

Was I wrong about FireZ case then? I saw on another forum thread that the Skype hacker never accessed his Sythe account?

Good to have a ruling on the Skype hacking thing though.
