Scammed by Viral for 285M OSGP

Explanation of the trade: I bought access to RsAutoswitcher for 285m and now I keep getting banned from the Discord for no reason, this guy (Viral) made his own switcher from a perfect switcher into a shit switcher, he keeps banning me and kicking me from the discord and does not want to refund me.

+NEW INFO: He banned me from the software after he got banned on Sythe and i've never been able to use it since then, i want my 285m OSGP back because of this. He said he doesn't care about Sythe either when i mentioned it to him a couple of months ago.

So in these screenshots, I paid root a bit of the full payment of 285M, which he told me I had 1 month to completely pay, so i paid him half and paid him the rest a week later and got lifetime access,

I didn't make another scam report after he permanently banned me from using his software right away cause he was already banned on Sythe and i did not see the point, today I was informed that he is unbanned and has no refunds to do but he does, he has to refund me my 285m OSGP. I was banned as mentioned above as soon he got banned from Sythe and his response was that he does not care about Sythe, this is unfair.

was closed cause i had access to his software, but after he got banned on sythe he banned me from the software and yet i still do not have access to it and cause of the accusations of other people claiming that he has a rat inside his software and it being a while since i touched his software (cause he banned me) i want a refund of 285m OSGP which is the payment i made for lifetime.


NEW INFO: @Pirate said the company shut down, that's not true. He renamed rsautoswitcher to vswitcher.com which he owns and still sells on Sythe.org, he renamed cause of legal issues with @root one of his old partners. I want my OSGP back.

It sucks for him that archives exist so that he can't hide the naughty stuff he's trying to pull on me, i want my gold back.

 

It is Rsautoswitcher with a new name, the product is still the same, sure he has changed some code left and right but it's the same product, he renamed rsautoswitcher to vswitcher. He did this to avoid getting into legal issues with @Root_

You can't say that just cause he renamed his website/software to another name his whole thing becomes invalid for me to have lifetime on lol, do you read what you're saying? cause what im reading is.

I can create software, i can sell lifetime access to that software, i can then rename the software while it still is the same exact software but with a different name and then kick everyone out that used to have lifetime and i wouldn't get in trouble cause it uses a different name now.

that is basically what you're saying and if you read it yourself it does not make sense, you can't rebrand something and claim you never sold me a lifetime copy for it cause it has a new name lol.

 

I understand you are upset @Heulix, but you have to understand my position. When the company was dissolved I had to disperse everything between me and Root. I also had to compensate those that did pay with card/paypal legally which was 65%. RSGP is a grey area because of the way it is not tracked. Talking it over the the lawyer that was the best option for me as one of the owners dissovling. I also listed on my site that any payment with RSGP was always going to be final with no refund.

This company has been gone for over 2 years now and there are no remaining assets. I went above and beyond to scrap everything I ever did including the website and the software and started from scratched. I even changed the programming language used for the software with VSwitcher.

Now that is not just it though. You have been malicious beyond belief. You have ddossed my site, gotten our discords shut down, impersonated lifetimes, scammed people when you were around. To count how many accounts are actually linked to you in my database is just absurd.

 

I didn't scam anyone, I haven't Ddosed your site, i didn't get your discords shut down beside one time cause you banned me from your software for no reason, i didn't impersonate lifetimes (dont even know what the fuck that is supposed to mean).

Lets not forget about how many times I helped you with stuff for your switcher for free, finding packets, handling and so much more and even for RSPS stuff i helped you find information that you needed, which i have screenshots of and conversation videos and much more, if you want all of it to go public, we can take that route as you wish. Just let me know, even if you are not going to refund me my gold, I am still owed lifetime access to rsautoswitcher/vswitcher. They're the same thing, you renaming it does not change the lifetime access i paid for, which even i have proof of paying.


Cut the bullshit and stop lying and making excuses to try and get me out of your product.

 

I have nothing to hide. If there isnt anything out in the open now please put it out now. I am a open book at this point. As far as you helping me. I would receive over 20+ messages from you before I would send you a one message response. I have a lot of people that message me every day and I do my best to get back to everyone. To say you were even a small help to my project is completely far fetched. There is nothing that I have used from anything you said or done that contributed to any of my work. Too be honest I would just send a message every once in a while to you so I didnt get flooded.

You do not have lifetime to anything of mine and never will. I will refuse service to you for the entire life of me ever creating anything. You are cancer.
