Requesting MM for Neopet Trade

[OzziesMummy]

I am looking for an offical mm who does Neopets transfers/trades since the only MM I know that does it has been banned.

Thank you.

is it for rsgp or paypal?

We're actually looking to swap one UC for another UC but I think the person with the pet I am swapping for has the UC on a different account.
