Requesting MM banner, can pay

I am looking for someone to make me a nice banner for my MM thread. My imposter situation is pretty much cleared up, and I plan on starting a new MM thread. Along with the thread, I would like to spice it up with a banner. The following are details I would like in the banner

-An rs character with a blue phat
-The words "plznate's MM thread" as the predominant display
- The words "trusted", "120+ vouches", "User Educator" and "Guru" to be displayed in the banner, yet not take the focus off the main phrase.

Outside of that, I have no requirements. If you are interested in vying for having your banner used by me, simply post your banner here in the thread. After I get a few responses, I will choose the one I like best for my thread, and will send $5 paypal to the person whose banner I use. Thanks

hey man, im definantly giving it a go. problem im encountering is finding a picture of a runescape charecter with a partyhat. any color really. its not hard to change the color of the phat. its simply that i can't find one. anywho,
