Banned for not refunding GP for rs acc

An rs acc I bought on playerauctions was recovered by the original owner after I sold it to somebody on sythe. I refused to refund the GP I got for the account as I warned the buyer that accounts can ALWAYS be recovered and that I wasn't the original owner. The buyer understood this. I was banned later because a different member made a thread to ban me saying I wasn't refunding the money when the guy posted on my vouch page that the account was recovered.

If you sell something, you're responsible for refunding them should something go wrong out of their control. The way it would work is that you would refund the buyer, and then you'd attempt to get back what you paid for the account via the seller on PlayerAuctions. If you'd like to be unbanned, you'll need to refund the buyer and then pardon.
