Requesting high pardon.

I was banned for ban evasion, under an account named "gotrsgoldforyou" I tried to appeal it, but it got dismissed as I had a different account two years ago who got hacked from me and later banned. I created Billetes after I was hacked, not after I found out my old account was hacked. The name of the user is "Lat". I can prove the account was hacked, as the person changed the user-name on the account info.
