Requesting high pardon - buysell

Hi, first off, I submitted another ban dispute a while back, I'm not sure what happened with that as the thread never appeared. This is just going to be a short-winded paraphrasing from memory.

Basically, I was banned back in 2006 when I was 13 (I think, it was a long time ago), I don't remember exactly what it was for, though I do recognise I broke a rule.

I was banned for ban evasion this year, five years afterwards. In that five years I've been a helpful, courteous and trustworthy member of this forum. I feel that citing my character reformation is redundant, as my actions speak louder than any promises. You don't need to trust my word - reading through my posts will show you that I'm not here on Sythe to scam or spam.

In addition to the fact that the offence was committed five years ago, I feel there has been another misapplication of justice in issuing my ban; ban evasion rules were introduced for a quick, effective way to remove high-risk members on new accounts without waiting for them to scam someone else or spam the forum. Five years of evidence shows you that this is certainly not the case for me, I haven't received a single scam accusation, nor a spam infraction, nor have I broken any forum rules in any way.

So I ask you as a long-time member of the Sythe community in good standing with the rules (aside from this, obviously), may I receive a high pardon?

 

You feel that citing your character reformation is redundant, but I feel that citing such reformation is imperative. You've given me no reason to think you've changed other than your claim that you have changed. Is there anything to back this claim?
