Dispute from a home ip.

Hey, i got banned for this reason. Is there a way to get unbanned?
1. i mostly use sythe with phone because of work and on the move lots. if its because of that, i can in future use my pc, wich is what ive been using on OSRS SKILLZ the whole time. let me know if ive done anything else wrong, thanks in advance

i made OSRS BOB on phone, after ban ive made OSRS SKILLZ on pc, if i'll get unbanned you can keep bob banned, since theres really no need for 2 accounts.

 

Your IP for OSRS SKILLZ still displays as mobile.

 

how is it possible to have mobile ip in osrs skillz when ive only used a pc to have it? we have non cable simcard internet box thingy at home, will this make it change my ip around i dont use vpn or anything like that to change my ip in sythe.

 

would you be willing to add my skype to discuss about this? its OSRS SKILLZ wich same icon that in sythe

im sorry forgot to add on the link to my thread.

So i cleared my history afterwards and osrs skillz shouldnt be logged in if that messes up the ip.
the modem im using uses simcard to wirelessly connect to signaltower so theres really no cables used. Could this be reason why osrs skillz has mobile ip (wich sadly means sythe isnt a site for me if i cant figure a way around this with this modem.). I havent even once logged on OSRS SKILLZ on phone and i dont use vpn's or anything that changes my ip.

(my modem: LTE CPE B315 | 4G LTE Routers | HUAWEI Global
mine is b315s-22 wich is probly just newer version of this)
you can add my skype, talking about this would be easyer since i really want to keep being part of sythe community. any tips wich could make this ip seem mobile wich im writing from now?

pps. if this ban gets lifted, is it possible to change osrs bob to request ban so it wouldnt mix things up in ip input
