Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: It happened 2 years ago, the person who i had the disagreement with in the first place wasnt a good apple himself neither, during that that i felt that i shouldnt return what i 'stole' because he himself was a shady individual (reselling p***** accounts, giving users same p***** accounts and then waiting for 24-48hrs to replace, which defeats the purpose of getting the accounts in the first place, to suicide bot in OSRS during p***** period)

Anything else you wish to say: I just wanted to say, I deeply apologise for what ive done in the past and the things i said towards the staff, especially towards @ Gladiator as he was just trying to resolve the issue. Such issues will never happen again
