    User says he is selling the name 'ew' that is on a level 3 account and ready to transfer.

    You go there on runescape home page, and the name 'ew' is on highscores ranked 175,597.

    On runescape home page, search the the name 'ew' on rs3 highscores, he is ranked 175,597.

    Clearly not a level 3. He won't prove he owns the account, and wants you to give him the gp first
