Requesting ban removal

Not really sure what to say here, or how to say it. I was banned because my Skype has been matched with a ban evader.

My older brother has been using sythe for 3 years. He told me to use this website back in 2011 when we both played Runescape together so that I can buy gold for our accounts, i made my account on sythe but didnt end up using it at all, i think i made like 1 or 2 posts. He was using it avidly back then, but I hardly knew anything of his activity.

He told me he just made a new account when his original one got banned (on sythe), and i asked him if he got banned for scamming and he said he didn't something to do with WoW. Anyways, long story short he was the owner of the skype "Critsandkills01" (Which I no longer have access to, as it has been hacked) and gave me his skype around 2 months ago because it has hundreds and hundreds of reliable gold sellers/power levelers and account sellers, etc, for runescape and league of legends.

Anyways I came back to sythe a few days ago to try earn my post count/reputation up a bit as I want to become a member of the community, however within 20 minutes or so of my first thread being posted (http://www.sythe.org/cs-go-market/1943808-trading-bs-karambit-night-osrs-gp.html) my item was scammed from me by a HACKER who had hacked sythe member, 'AgentPerry', along with the credentials of my skype account (Critsandkills01). The hacker had been using his account to scam several other members. I made a report against AgentPerry, and soon found out that he was banned due to a similar report before mine.

My sythe account was not hacked, nor was I trying to 'frame' AgentPerry. I have been speaking to him on skype recently and I do believe he was hacked, and that the 'scamming' of several members of this community was not done by the real AgentPerry.

I'm not sure how to prove my innocence, the circumstances of my ban make justice for myself very difficult. However, obviously it is not in my own hands, but the mods. Any suggestions would be appreciated by the moderators.
