He is clearly a repeat scammer and the accusations against him found all over forums are probably true. If needed I will find more information on him but this should be more than enough.

He has multiple banned accounts on MMO several accusations on this. The only problem is I couldn't find a scam report but this should suffice: http://www.mmoexchange.net/forums/index.php?topic=31987.msg311594#msg311594 the report can be found if you scroll above that post.
