Requesting assistance from Shoto

Explanation of the trade: I purchased an Account from @Randomchancd that Shoto is the OO too (Only reason i purchased it).
The accounts been fine since i purchased it for Just under 2years now*EDIT as i can't do maths, i think in around 06/2019, but suddenly in January the account was recovered (I still have access to the mail account provided with the account).
And coincidently Shoto returned to Sythe January of this year then disappeared again

How they scammed: recovered an account and is ignoring my messages for help

Due to the accounts recovery I really don't feel comfortable having this account in my stock, it's such a shame really, as the recovery info i've tried using are from when I used it and randomchancd - but it's being denied as older payment information is needed which suggests older payment info/passwords where used to recover it. @Shoto I hope you do the right thing.

The main issue is, in March of last year @Techie reworked my discord server and it seems any transcripts prior to that have been deleted so I don't have the transcript of the TOS when i purchased it -
I've reached out to @Randomchancd too see if he could message shoto which he did and he's also not had a reply (Shoto has been online/orange. offline now for 24hours).
